KENYA RANKED 2ND BEST COUNTRY TO DO BUSINESS IN AFRICA

Kenya has been ranked the second best country to do business in Africa, celebrated just after South Africa, according to the latest Business Insider Africa rankings, a milestone hailed as a proud moment for Kenya by Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, CBS, Principal Secretary for ICT and Digital Economy. The ranking highlights growing investor confidence in Kenya’s business environment, policy reforms, and economic resilience, with strong progress in ICT and digital innovation, renewable energy, manufacturing, agribusiness, financial services, and infrastructure development. Under the government’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda, Kenya continues to position itself as a regional hub for trade, investment, and technology, expected to boost key sectors and attract global investors.
